Keeping our staff and clients safe continues to be our top priority.  We are now taking on new contracts and providing in home support.  Our staff stayed home with their own families for the first 3 months of the pandemic following the stay at home orders.

Members of our Newborn Care Support Staff (aka "Baby Nurses") are all now providing in home and overnight support.  All of our staff continue to comply with the CDC guidelines.  Please reach out if you would like more information on our current COVID-19 policies and procedures. 

 

Heres how we are currently operating:

• Newborn Care Overnight and Daytime Support

  • Our staff will follow all guidelines set forth by the CDC​

  • We will provide you with our current operating procedures upon request

• Virtual and In person Sleep Consultations

  • Upon receiving your online intake form​ Mimi will reach out to you directly

  • Video Chat with Pam "Mimi" Small - our SLEEP GURU!

  • A sleep plan will be developed and sent to you

  • You will remain in contact with "Mimi" throughout your sleep plan implementation

• Virtual Lactation Consultations

  • A complete history will be taken online

  • Our staff will reach out to you with avaibility (appts are generally within 24 hours)

  • Video Consults with Alisa J Underwood RN BSN IBCLC through a secure compliant platform​

  • You will receive notes and plan online

  • Most insurances cover the cost of these visits ($150 cash check or charge), forms will be provided

  • In Network with AETNA

• Virtual Newborn Classes

  • ZOOM classes offered for​

    • Breastfeeding Your Newborn​

    • Newborn Care & Calming
